Eccentric Urbanism

There can be no doubt that the city is a place of constant socio-cultural change. King’s Cross N1C however, as the most recent addition to the ancient and dynamic City of London stands as a glaring example of social engineering through an imposed masterplan.

Taking up the theme of ECCENTRICITY, this project of urban connectors and vectors seeks to question the ideal and sublime marketing propaganda perpetuated by the branding of King’s Cross, repositioning and replacing fantasy with a new social narrative. Through the process of direct action and social engagement, the project seeks to re-weave this isolated enclave into an all too familiar pre-existing eccentric condition - the City of London.
