Rejuvenating a 1970s apartment, the proposal seeks to make carefully considered incisions into the existing building fabric, without any alteration to the configuration of rooms and without touching any structural components of the residence.
Defined by commanding views out toward Coogee and the ocean beyond, the project carefully reorientates spatial functions to maximise efficiency without compromising views of the water, visible from every part of the combined open plan living space.
StudioHC aided the client in this project with both the architectural design as well as navigation of the complex strata planning approvals process for this project.
Targeted for completion in Q4-2026.
